Feeling the BUURRNN
So I’ve been going to the gym an hour and a half a day, or I take a class that day. Worked so hard yesterday, plus body attack and BLT classes today and now seriously feeling the burn. I can’t even walk or get up from a chair. Also eating 1200 calories a day. Starting to see a difference in my belly, legs and arms. HAPPY.
My scales must be broken?
One day i weigh myself and im 2lbs down, and then 4lbs up. I can’t figure out if im losing weight, if its the scales, or just water weight etc…?
138.4lbs as off this morning, its working!
Finally, a result im happy with. I’m starting to see a difference too. I only started 3 weeks ago and i’ve lost 7lbs just by going to the gym everyday and eating 1200 calories of healthy food. AND i have binged on crazy unhealthy food late at night too. HAPPY!!
